* Job Description:

** Primary Duties:
* Develop and implement supplier quality standards and metrics to ensure compliance with engineering and customer requirements.
* Lead supplier audits and qualification processes, collaborating with procurement and engineering teams to approve new suppliers.
* Monitor supplier performance through data analysis, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
* Resolve supplier-related quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
* Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Procurement) to address quality concerns and support product reliability.
* Prepare and present supplier quality reports and KPIs to leadership.
* Manage and coach Quality Analysts, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
* Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Education and Experience Requirements:

** Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or quality systems management, including 2+ years in a leadership role; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
** Preferred:
*** ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP).
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
* Experience with ISO 9001, auditing, and statistical process control.
** Essential Mental and Physical Functions:
*** Strong understanding of quality management systems and supplier quality principles.
* Ability to lead audits and assess supplier compliance.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Work Environment:
*** Office and manufacturing environments with exposure to seasonal temperature changes, dust, and noise.
* Occasional travel to supplier facilities.
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
