We are hiring on behalf of a healthcare client seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position.

The Registered Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting and provides both routine and complex nursing care. The RN demonstrates critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage both immediate and long-range patient care goals.

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol.
• Monitor patients for treatment effectiveness and side effects.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact eligibility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Salary/Hourly Range: [$XX – $XX], based on experience and shift differentials where applicable.
