At Continue CARE Hospital, we take pride in the care we provide for patients with an average length of stay of 25 days in a variety of specialty programs. Our staff enjoy our small-hospital environment inside of a large acute care hospital. The wound care nurse is responsible for performing managing and developing the wound care program in accordance with practice standards.
The wound care nurse is responsible for wound and ostomy care, assessments, treatments and education for patients. The wound care nurse will educate and coordinate with other nursing staff to provide wound care to patients.
