As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night shift, you will provide outstanding patient care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting. You’ll contribute to a team focused on exceeding industry standards and meeting patient expectations.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in clinical documentation is essential.

• Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of rehabilitation experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
