We cover multiple NICUs in various locations and are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, professional practice, excellent clinical and communication skills, a love of working with babies and families, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative setting.

- Longview Regional Medical Center is renowned for its commitment to women’s and children’s health.
- We have a 21‑bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), equipped with the latest technology and resources to provide top‑tier care and a 23‑bed nursery.
- Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during day, NNP in house at night.
- 24‑hour shifts for NNPs, but shifts can be bundled to accommodate scheduling.

- Delivery attendance.
- Day‑to‑day management of NICU.
- Participate in multi‑disciplinary rounds to provide collaborative, team‑based care of NICU patients including but not limited to ventilator management, nutrition management, lab review, and meeting with families.
- Help facilitate and manage patient transports of appropriate gestational age for our level III NICU.
- A strong commitment to providing high‑quality patient care.
- A collaborative and team‑oriented approach to neonatal care.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- State licensure in Texas or eligibility to obtain it.
