12-hour shifts with some Saturdays.
About the RoleWe're seeking providers who enjoy variety, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a positive, encouraging team. We prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine.
What You'll Do- Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Perform history taking, exams, lab testing, simple procedures, and prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow safety and infection control standards
- Support a patient-centered, customer-focused environment
- Lead the clinic as needed and mentor support staff
- Stay flexible with cross-training and assist with other tasks as needed
- Help identify opportunities to improve clinic flow
