Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PCU night shift position requiring a TX or compact license and recent relevant specialty experience.

• Position is on a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) within a hospital medical/surgical setting
• Work schedule is 7:00 pm – 7:00 am for night shifts
• Patient population and caseload are typical for a med/surg progressive care environment
• Assignment length is 13 weeks
• RTO (time off) requests must be less than 1 week
• Local travelers residing within 50 miles are not eligible
• Must provide required identification and documentation as part of the hiring process

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in the progressive care specialty
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years
