Pay Range: $62,000 – $75,000 per year.
Full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends). Flexible 8/10/12/16‑hour shifts and 1:1 patient‑care ratio.
Responsibilities- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Active RN or LVN license (new graduates welcome – training provided).
- Experience providing home‑based care to pediatric patients.
- Strong communication skills and ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and within a team.
