As an LVN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care in accordance with the directions of RNs and physicians’ orders.

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Automobile liability insurance.
• Wearing seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the state of employment.
