Job Type: PRN

• Deliver renal replacement therapy and nursing care to patients with renal conditions.
• Perform patient assessments, dialysis procedures, and equipment maintenance.
• Provide education to patients and clinical staff.
• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dialysis-related clinical skills and equipment operation.
• Maintain effective communication and patient education skills; work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation.

• Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• At least 2 years of current dialysis experience or CDN certification.
• ASLS certification preferred.
