- Packaging of air conditioning units.
- Perform parts prep and final assembly testing as required.
- Demonstrate willingness to follow safety procedures.
- Ability to work regularly and dependably.
- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Forklift operation required.
- Complete duties in a safe and timely manner
- Adhere to quality and production standards
- Prepare coils for brazing
- Braze coils using various rods types
- Set up and operate equipment
- Perform hands‑on tasks
- Utilize hand torch
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Meet production standards
- Work individually or in a team environment
- Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation

- 2+ years Manufacturing experience
- 1+ years Wiring experience
- Forklift operating experience
- Attention to detail
- Basic math
- Ability to read blue prints
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to stand for 10 hours or more
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit, stand, and reach
- Able to carry, twist, push, and pull products
