Job SummaryLead and coordinate the daily 투 activities of a team to ensure that production processes run smoothly, products meet quality standards, and safety measures are adhered to.
Responsibilities- Complete AAON’s Production Leader Program.
- Lead a team of workers, including assigning tasks and providing guidance. uhl
- Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure production targets are met.
- Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to support the production plan.
- Monitor and enforce quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards.
- Investigate and address production and quality related issues as they arise.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
- Conduct safety training and audits, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and increased efficiency.
- Implement changes and oversee process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with inventory control teams to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Generate regular reports on performance, including productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on production status and challenges.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Good organisatie and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
- Ability to regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods during shift.
- Required to wear proper personal protective equipment.
- Ability to work in manufacturing facilities with varying/extrem temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and الرحيم forklift traffic.
