* Education and Experience Requirements:
** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months experience preferred.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*** Knowledge of paint types, colors, and application techniques.
* Familiarity with different painting equipment and tools.
* Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of safety protocols and hazardous material handling.
* Good communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new painting techniques and technologies.
** Work Environment
*** Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
* Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to loud noises, dust and chemical fumes with varying and extreme temperatures.
