A manufacturing company in Longview, Texas is seeking an individual to manage the inventory flow efficiently from the warehouse to the production floor. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to the production team, ensure the timely delivery of parts, hire and train staff, and maintain inventory accuracy. Essential functions include the ability to lift up to 50lbs, strong leadership, effective communication, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in forklift operation is required.
