Job OverviewAre you ready to make a BIG change? Komatsu in Longview, Texas is looking for a dynamic individual to fill our motor winder position that is currently available. This job position is responsible for installing coils into AC, DC, and SR stator frames, making lead connections, and performing voltage testing on the stator windings. Komatsu offers competitive pay, excellent benefits and annual merit/bonus potential.
Key Job Responsibilities- Work safe and be an advocate for safety.
- Able to follow instructions and repeat basic procedures of the motor winder position.
- Cleans and maintains equipment, tooling, and work area.
- Properly insulate frames as required during the winding process.
- Make accurate connections using solder and brazing processes.
- Able to test stator windings at high voltage.
- Document all information needed for trace 추ability.
- 2 years of experience or equivalent knowledge of motor/stator winding duties.
- Ability to perform ఉన్నాయి basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and Cela equipment as needed.
- Ability to work independently, hold close tolerances, minimize scrap within standardբ routing hours.
- Strong blue‑print reading skills.
