Christus Health - - Responsibilities:
Leads a team in the transportation of patients to their inpatient bed and/or to other areas;
Improves the flow of the department by answering calls and serving as the liaison between the transporters and the clinical departments;
Assigns wheelchairs and equipment to transporters and ensures productivity;
Coaches/mentors Associates and assists with training and onboarding new associates;
Serves as the point of contact for Clinical Directors when the manager is out
