Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:

Casual, PRN & Part Time employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Travel to additional sites when required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
• Previous experience as a phlebotomist with at least 1 year clinical/hospital experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Proven track record in providing excellent customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test
