We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities, helping them reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall mobility.

This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients' lives through tailored therapy plans and wellness programs.



Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and evaluations for each patient
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and reducing pain
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide care across various settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, homes, schools, fitness facilities, and nursing homes
• Develop fitness and wellness programs aimed at preventing loss of mobility

• DOCTORATE DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED PROGRAM
• CURRENT TX LICENSURE
• BLS (AHA OR ARC)
• 1 YEAR INPATIENT REHAB EXPERIENCE
• 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE PT
• EMR MEDHOST (PREFERRED)
• ANY SOLID COLOR SCRUBS
