Data Analyst

Prime Care has an immediate opening for a Data Analytics position. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, data analytics experience, and preferably prior experience in the medical field. This role supports the operations management team on strategic initiatives, process management, and driving results.

• Manage processes and procedures related to financial reporting operations, including financial analyses/trends, data/volume data analysis, and forecasting.
• Analyze and interpret monthly reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis in support of initiatives and healthcare modalities.
• Evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in financial management, operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
