Key Job ResponsibilitiesSelecting, designing, and validating full hydraulic systems for underground heavy mobile mining equipment. Creating hydraulic schematics, developing component selections with suppliers to meet product performance and cost targets. Supports new product development with developing and executing design validation plans for hydraulic systems, prototype build troubleshooting and testing. Provide technical guidance for hydraulic troubleshooting for products at customer sites. Develop test and validation criteria for new products and perform such testing.

Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and two years' experience in commissioning and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems of heavy equipment such as mining/mineral processing equipment; providing technical support, failure analysis and investigations, design and analysis of products or parts.
Additional InformationTravel: 15% to mining customer sites and equipment test sites to validate, troubleshoot and support the commissioning of mining equipment.
