Role DescriptionThe Director of Clinical Education is a full-time, on-site role located in Longview, TX. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of didactic education program for physician associte students. The role involves managing curriculum development, collaborating with faculty to enhance training modules, and maintaining compliance with the ARC-PA. This is an oppotunity to build a PA program with a unique curriculum, enhanced technology to maximize critical thinking and problem solving skills.
We are focused on the East Texas community, with the goal to train competent PAs to serve East Texas.
- Experience in PA education
- Knowledge and expertise in applying ARC-PA accreditation standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff in a multidisciplinary setting
