Explorers Learning Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching young children, maintaining high classroom standards, and supporting a positive learning environment.

• Lead a classroom of 2-year-olds
• Implement a structured potty training schedule
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding progress
• Support children through accidents with patience and consistency
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ensure compliance with Texas licensing ratios and safety standards
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool classroom
• Knowledge of early childhood development and classroom management
• Familiarity with Texas Rising Star standards preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass background check
