Explorers Learning Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching young children, maintaining high classroom standards, and supporting a positive learning environment.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Maintain compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing and Texas Rising Star standards
• Conduct classroom observations, assessments, and documentation
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
• Supervise and collaborate with assistant teachers
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool classroom
• Knowledge of early childhood development and classroom management
• Familiarity with Texas Rising Star standards preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass background check
