Role Overview

As a Corporate Phone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, employees, and stakeholders. You will manage incoming calls with professionalism, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide outstanding customer service that reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information to callers regarding company services, departments, and contact details.
  • Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication flow across departments.
  • Perform light administrative tasks, such as logging messages and scheduling calls when needed.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (familiarity with phone systems, email, and office software is a plus).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or experience in a similar role is an advantage).
