We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and forward‑thinking Financial & Business Analyst to support the CEO in strategic decision‑making. This individual will work closely with department directors and gain hands‑on experience in evaluating operational performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing measurable business metrics.
Prime Care Managers is a division of Triad, a holding corporation overseeing a growing portfolio of healthcare‑related businesses. These include medical groups, home health, rehabilitation, hospice care, and value‑based and risk management services. With십 a strong presence across Northeast Texas and Southern Arkansas, our mission is to deliver high‑quality, coordinated care by integrating smart analytics and leadership into our operations.
Core Responsibilities- Provide direct analytical and financial support to the CEO
- Evaluate current production and operational performance across departments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
- Develop and implement measurable business metrics and KPIs
- Interpret business data to support strategic decision‑making
- Act as liaison between department directors and the CEO
- Learn and understand the key business drivers unique to each division
- Prepare reports and insights that support leadership in goal‑setting and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting (required)
- Background in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
- Must be an analytical thinker who can quickly understand complex systems
- Proven ability to recognize inefficiencies and propose effective solutions
- No general business degrees or backgrounds will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interdepartmental collaboration
- Demonstrated.
