We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Construction Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Consulting Construction Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex construction data to enable informed decision-making and strategic planning. You will work closely with our team of professionals to provide insights and recommendations that will shape the future of our construction projects.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex construction data, using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and devise possible solutions.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or construction analyst.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Java script, or ETL frameworks).
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while juggling multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
