Location: Longview/Marshall, TX
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (5 months)
Compensation: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Position SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team for a long-term assignment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all clients in a friendly manner as they enter the building.
- Check clients in and out, ensuring a smooth process.
- Assist with paperwork and collect all required documents from clients.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- File and organize client files to maintain an orderly system.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
- Receive and sort mail for the office.
- Track and keep stock of all necessary office supplies.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Professional dress and a polite, positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work at both Longview and Marshall locations.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
