**** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Provide fast, professional solutions to client inquiries via phone, email, chat
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
* Document requests in our support system and route them appropriately
* Create informative self-help content (written & video) for our community
* Assist brokerage implementations with a specialist as needed
* Develop new business and renewals — make recurring client calls, build lasting relationships
* Promote and propose our training courses
* Analyse client business needs and propose complementary solutions
** What We’re Looking For
*** Excellent communication skills in
** French & English**, spoken + written
* Experience with customer support via phone/email
* Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, cross-sell
* Strong prioritization skills & result-driven mindset
** Bonus If You Have:
*** Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Win 10, macOS, Android, iOS)
* Experience learning new software and training others
* Knowledge of major web browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
* Experience with help-desk and electronic communication tools
