Our wholesale and resale portfolio continues to expand in SKU count, vendor partnerships, and revenue contribution. To support that growth, we need stronger operational ownership and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures wholesale products flow efficiently from vendors to distribution centers to customers — with the right inventory, service levels, and cost structure in place.

What This Role Is About

The Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist owns the day-to-day operational performance of Techo-Bloc’s wholesale portfolio.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Sourcing Manager. You will recommend, influence, and drive execution across planning, sales, marketing, distribution centers, and vendor partners.

Your mandate: ensure wholesale operates efficiently, profitably, and predictably.

  • You will be the operational owner of our wholesale business
  • You will ensure products move efficiently from vendors to warehouses to customers
  • You will influence cross-functional teams to improve inventory health, service levels, and profitability

What You Will Do

1. Own Wholesale Operations End-to-End

  • Manage wholesale products from vendor onboarding through customer delivery
  • Ensure ERP setup, DC integration, and operational readiness for new products
  • Maintain and improve SOPs
  • Resolve operational issues impacting service levels
  • Support product launches and promotional execution

2. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the operational bridge between Planning, Inventory, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Distribution Centers, and Vendors
  • Align inventory strategies with demand forecasts
  • Surface risks early and recommend corrective actions
  • Drive accountability through influence

3. Manage Inventory & Replenishment Performance

  • Partner with planners on replenishment strategy
  • Optimize inventory levels and distribution across DCs
  • Monitor aging, obsolescence, and inventory health
  • Participate in S&OP and cross-functional planning forums
  • Onboard vendors into systems and operational processes
  • Monitor lead times, OTIF, quality, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate product data and costing
  • Ensure operational readiness for new SKUs
  • Track landed costs, freight costs, and margin impact
  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain (manufacturing, building materials, industrial, or CPG preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and financial fundamentals
  • Proven ability to lead through influence across multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience
  • Track record of improving operational performance in a fast-paced environment
  • This role requires up to 10% travel, primarily within the United States and Canada.
