• Provide tier 2 support and mentoring in SAP SD areas, especially during Month End and Quarter End periods
• Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of SAP systems in the SD functional area
• Manage small enhancements and contribute to large SAP implementations
• Ensure compliance with Change Management processes and implement new EDI solutions
• Build professional relationships with clients and team members worldwide to deliver efficient support and projects

• SAP Certified in SD
• A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP customizing toolset (IMG) in the SD area
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in English;
  French language skills considered an asset
• Knowledge of SAP Foreign Trade/Customs configuration and experience in analyzing legal regulations

• Experience in configuring contracts around billing plan functionality
• Familiarity with commodity codes and import/export procedures in Foreign Trade setup
