En tant que Technicien
· ne en administration de la gestion des produits, vous serez un(e) acteur
· rice clé dans la gestion et l’optimisation des informations produits et des sources d’approvisionnement, provenant des divisions spécialisées telles que Cadel ou Master Sourcing.

Vous assurerez la bonne intégration des données dans nos systèmes afin de garantir leur fiabilité et leur justesse.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Valider et traiter les demandes de création d’articles provenant des divisions spécialisées (Cadel, Master Sourcing, etc.), et définir les prix de revente selon la stratégie tarifaire.
  • Analyser, mettre à jour et garantir la qualité des statuts, attributs et informations produits pour assurer l’intégrité et la fiabilité des données.
  • Configurer, gérer et assurer l’intégration précise des sources d’approvisionnement et des gabarits produits dans nos systèmes.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (chefs de marché, intégrité des données, pricing, opérations) pour assurer la cohérence, la pertinence et l’optimisation des données.
  • Participer à l’intégration de nouvelles divisions et à des projets transversaux visant à moderniser et optimiser les processus.
  • Détecter et signaler rapidement tout dysfonctionnement lié au paramétrage ou à la gestion des articles.

    Qualifications requises

    Profil recherché :

  • Expérience préalable en service client, gestion ou traitement de données.
  • Esprit d’analyse aiguisé, rigueur et souci du détail.
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel; la connaissance d’Access est un atout apprécié.
  • Excellente communication en français et en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer couramment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.
