GSP North America is pleased to announce the hiring of Jody Powell as Senior Human Resource Manager, reinforcing the company’s focus on strong leadership, culture, and people-first execution as it continues to grow across North America.
Jody brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Human Resources, talent strategy, culture and engagement, learning and development, compensation, and internal communications. He has built and led HR teams in complex, fast-paced environments, with a reputation for aligning people strategy closely with business priorities while maintaining a practical, grounded approach.
Prior to joining GSP North America, Jody held senior HR roles where he led initiatives spanning talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and leadership development. His earlier background in marketing and business development gives him a unique ability to connect people, operations, and brand in a way that supports both employees and organizational goals.

In his new role, Jody will oversee key HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and leadership development, partnering closely with leaders across the business to support GSP North America’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.
