We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team based anywhere in Quebec. As a nesto Mortgage Advisor, you will guide clients through the mortgage process and help them secure the best financing solutions tailored to their needs. In this role, you will work directly with clients to close loans efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to achieve goals in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on mortgage products, interest rates, and financing options based on their financial situation.
  • Manage and follow up with pipeline of warm leads received from the Sales Development Coordinators in order to close deals with new clients.
  • Collaborate with processing/fulfillment team to close deals and ensure smooth transactions and positive customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Who You Are
  • Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in a customer-facing or sales role.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working in the Canadian mortgage industry.
  • Possess a valid mortgage license in a Canadian province - a strong asset.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with technology.
  • Works well with data, metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate excellent follow-up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners, and teammates.
  • Ambitious, empathetic collaborator motivated by the opportunity to have an impact on the future of the mortgage industry.
