Good People Only is a modern artist management company built at the intersection of music, technology, and culture. We’re growing fast - and we’re looking for an Artist Management Coordinator to support our artists and the team that brings their careers to life.

This role is all about organization, communication, and execution - making sure nothing falls through the cracks while helping the team turn opportunities into results.

• Support Artist Managers in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communication across all stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of artist activity, projects, and key milestones.
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, social media content, and touring logistics.
• Track critical metrics and insights from social and digital platforms to help the team make data-driven decisions.
• Help implement and use internal dashboards, automation workflows, and reporting tools developed by the team.
• Communicate proactively with artists, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• A proactive communicator who can anticipate needs and keep projects moving.
• Passionate about music, creators, and artist development.
• Comfortable with tech and internal systems; excited to learn dashboards, automation tools, and data workflows.
• Bonus if you have experience in: artist management, digital marketing, or music industry operations.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our Artist Management team—helping our managers focus on big-picture strategy while ensuring the day-to-day work that grows our artists’ careers gets done efficiently, professionally, and creatively.
