Joining the team means contributing to a clear mission: identifying opportunities and driving actions to create value through pricing optimization across the aftermarket (maintenance and spare‑parts sales). This is a full‑time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on‑site.

• Act as the team lead, within the Pricing & Lifecycle Strategy team, to drive operationalization of the recently created commercial governance process.
• Lead the collection and validation of the data feeding the Commercial Strategy Dashboard, notably the views which are being designed for the P&WC Executive Committee.
• Act as Regional Aviation and APU segments point of contact for any pricing or commercial data matter.
• Drive the creation and implementation of pricing strategies across the lifecycle (newly introduced engine models – maximum capture; mid‑life engines; end‑of‑life engines – extend end‑of‑life).
• Assess the impact of proposed spare‑parts price increases on P&WC maintenance products (profitability, competitive positioning, customer/technical/supply‑chain/industry perspectives).
• Coach an analyst, who has recently joined the team and will be tasked to pilot dynamic spare part pricing (create value by adjusting the price of selected parts more frequently and based on each part’s specific supply, demand and competitive landscape) and to develop quantitative models which would seek to predict the impact of price variation on a given customer, group of customer, engine model or segment pricing elasticity.
• Lead or support transformation initiatives and transaction projects, notably by being a key contributor for Project Vitamin E, which intends to put in place a governance for engine models in the later part of their lifecycle.
• Participate in defining and implementing a strategy to optimize discounts and pricing concessions (deployment of a new tool for concession governance across P&WC’s aftermarket).

• Bachelor degree with +15 years’ experience OR Master’s degree with +13 years’ experience.
• Field of studies:
  Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Strong project management skills.
• Business acumen is a key competency for this role.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience in financial modelling.
• Aerospace/Aviation or product knowledge (engines).
• Experience in manipulating large data sets or AI knowledge.
• This position is part of a French‑speaking work environment. It requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
