- As a Service Coordinator for Field Technicians, plan and coordinate service activities to ensure field technicians provide high-quality support to customers.
- Plan and assign road work to technicians, analyze their skills, availability, and the profitability of routes by sector to minimize unnecessary travel based on customer requests.
- Manage and update technician schedules, considering emergencies and last-minute requests in a dynamic environment.
- Facilitate communication between field technicians, customers, and the internal team to ensure smooth information flow.
- Provide administrative support by preparing required documentation and monitoring service contracts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in service coordination or management of field workforce.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Resourcefulness and good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly resolve problems and make informed decisions.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of performance, even in unexpected or stressful situations.
