Inventory Clerk

Description We are looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking, and supporting daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and organization of our inventory systems.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.

- Track and document inventory movements, including shipping and receiving activities.

- Process packing slips and purchase orders efficiently and accurately.

- Coordinate vendor-managed inventory to maintain stock levels.

- Prepare shipping documentation and oversee product shipments.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth inventory operations.

- Identify and address discrepancies in inventory records.

- Maintain organized and detailed records of all inventory transactions.

- Support assembly lines by ensuring timely supply of inventory items. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.

- Proficiency in inventory tracking and asset management.

- Familiarity with cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes.

- Experience in shipping, receiving, and preparing shipping documentation.

- Ability to process purchase orders and packing slips accurately.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

- Knowledge of vendor-managed inventory systems is a plus.
