Sales Representative – Northern Colorado

Valor Peak Distillery – Longmont, CO

Full-Time | $45,000–$60,000+ per year (Hourly + Commission + Mileage Reimbursement)

About Us:

Valor Peak Distillery is a veteran-owned craft distillery based in Longmont, Colorado. We specialize in producing premium whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, and custom-label spirits for private and wholesale clients across the state. We’re expanding our footprint in Northern Colorado and looking for a driven, experienced sales representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for self-distributing Valor Peak’s spirits throughout the Northern Colorado region. This role requires someone with an established background in the liquor industry who can independently manage accounts, drive new business, and maintain strong client relationships.

You’ll be the face of Valor Peak in your territory - calling on liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and hotels to introduce and grow our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and service on and off-premise accounts throughout Northern Colorado.

Prospect and close new business in your territory.

Manage order flow, deliveries (with logistics partner), and client follow-up

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system daily.

Provide weekly updates on account growth and territory performance.

Represent Valor Peak Distillery with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.

Ensure TIPS certification is current (we’ll cover the cost if renewal is needed).

Qualifications:

Must have prior liquor industry sales experience (beer, wine, or spirits).

Strong knowledge of craft spirits, distributors, and the Colorado market.

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Reliable personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

TIPS certified (or willing to complete certification prior to start).

Proficiency with CRM software and daily sales tracking.

Compensation & Benefits:

6% uncapped commission on all personal sales

Mileage reimbursement for work travel

Paid onboarding and training period

Expected annual earnings: $45,000–$60,000+, with significant upside potential for high performers
