Sales Consultant – No Experience Required

We’re hiring full-time Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you have retail, customer service, or hospitality experience — or just enjoy working with people — we’ll train you.

• $2,500 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months

• Commission-based income with no cap

• Most salespeople earn between $2,500–$15,000+ per month

• Paid training + manufacturer certifications

• Clear growth opportunities within a 12-store dealer group

No automotive sales experience required.

• Work with customers interested in new and pre-owned vehicles

• Set appointments and assist walk-in customers

• Present vehicles, go on test drives, and help customers find the right fit

• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email

• Deliver a great customer experience from start to finish

You’ll work closely with managers who are there to help you close deals and make money.

• People with retail, restaurant, or customer-facing experience

• Full-time only

• 5 days per week

• Approximately 50 hours per week

• Must be 18+

• Valid driver’s license
