We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Key Account Manager in Colorado.

** Assigned to high-volume customers and/or channel partners, we are seeking an experienced and competent technical sales professional who likes to hunt for new business opportunities, travel and work closely with our OEM customers and distributors to understand their needs and grow our business, while helping our customers grow theirs. ** WHAT YOU’LL DO
*** Increase sales revenue in defined territory by prospecting and developing new customers/markets and maintaining existing customers.
* Manage customer information in CRM. Build trip reports and bottom-up forecasting reports from firsthand customer information.
* Develop in depth understanding of Key OEM Accounts in the territory as assessed using Key Account Scoring worksheet.
* Understand customer applications and promote HEIDENHAIN solutions to solve customer problems.
** REQUIREMENTS:
*** 3-5 years of relevant industry experience with 2 years minimum experience in business-to-business sales.
* Up to 50% travel national and some international.
* Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Aptitude for business software systems
* Experience taking proactive action to resolve hurdles and align internal resources with meet customer needs.
* Technical Degree is preferred.
