Position Summary

Your role involves developing and supporting Membership, processing upgrades, participating in sales events, maintaining safety, fulfilling orders, and delivering member service. You will collaborate with managers and teammates, communicate progress, and act with integrity and teamwork. You’ll also embrace diversity, mentor others, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value of products, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
  • Maintain facility safety by following standards, conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Fulfill Member Fax‑n‑Pull and Click‑n‑Pull orders: review, pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, ensure accuracy, secure items, and manage out‑of‑stock merchandise.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and partners.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products.
  • Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity; implement action plans and open‑door policy.
  • Build and strengthen teamwork, mentoring, and inclusive culture.
  • Act with integrity, humility, honesty, and fairness, supporting Walmart’s values and regenerative goals.
  • Serve members and deliver results by focusing on customer first, making informed decisions, balancing short‑ and long‑term priorities, and driving continuous improvements with new technologies.
