Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut’s master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 Countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, and we operate a diversified portfolio of iconic restaurant brands.

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experiences and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide new initiatives and foster collaboration among team members to achieve store goals.
• Provide training and growth opportunities for staff, supporting ongoing development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to maintain high standards of quality and service.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding teams.

• Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $18 – $20 per hour based on experience and restaurant location. Plus, eligible for profit share bonuses.
• Flexible schedules, Same day pay, Profit share bonuses, Healthcare benefits, 401k, Paid Sick Leave, PTO after six months (capped at 40 per year).
