Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut’s master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 Countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest experiences and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Guide new initiatives and foster collaboration among team members to achieve store goals.
- Provide training and growth opportunities for staff, supporting ongoing development and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and guiding teams.
- Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment and drive a successful team dynamic.
- Willingness to participate in training and take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
- Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $18 – $20 per hour based on experience and restaurant location. Plus, eligible for profit share bonuses.
- Flexible schedules, Same day pay, Profit share bonuses, Healthcare benefits, 401k, Paid Sick Leave, PTO after six months (capped at 40 per year).
