Sodexo is hiring a talented Sous Chef to join our team at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO!

In this role, you’ll lead culinary operations and inspire a team of 25 employees to deliver exceptional dining experiences for patients, visitors, and staff. What

You’ll Do
  • help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
  • supervise, develop, and mentor frontline staff
  • procurement and purchasing
  • help create menus based on client needs
  • help create interpersonal relationships with clients

What You Bring
  • a strong culinary background in a high-volume environment
  • strong leadership skills and experience
  • menu planning experience and a strong understanding of current culinary trends
  • proficient computer skills, highly organized, and detail-focused
