Morning Star Senior Living - 1850 South Hover Street - Responsibilities:
Administer, pour, pass, and document all routinely prescribed medications per physician orders under the direction of the Wellness Director;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications;
Document in the resident's medical record those medications given immediately after administering;
Observe and report reactions and side effects to the licensed nurse;
Assist with development and review of the resident's care plan in conjunction with other disciplines
