• Inspect and monitor treatment processes, equipment, and plant systems daily.
• Collect samples and perform laboratory testing to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and interpret SCADA data, gauges, meters, and control panels.
• Adjust treatment processes based on lab results and operational data.
• Operate heavy equipment including front-end loaders and skid steers.
• Calibrate laboratory and online instrumentation to maintain accurate data.
• Perform maintenance and basic equipment repairs.
• Complete accurate documentation, work orders, and daily operational logs.
• Participate in biosolids processing and plant optimization efforts.
• Respond to emergencies and support rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call schedules.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Operator D:
  License required or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Operator C:
  Colorado Wastewater Plant Operator License C required at hire.
• Operator B:
  Colorado Wastewater Plant Operator License B required at hire.
• Operator A:
  Colorado Wastewater Plant Operator License A required at hire.
