  • Work with Sourcing and Purchasing to plan, release, and execute material procurement in alignment with production schedules
  • Lead proactive materials management efforts, including long‑lead material strategy, material deep dives, and engagement with sourcing to ensure fulfillment
  • Track and communicate material status at the unit and project level, highlighting shortages, risks, and critical path items
  • Conduct regular production and material status review rhythms (daily/weekly), identifying issues, prioritizing actions, and driving timely escalation when needed
  • Quantify impacts of milestone misses or schedule delays and drive cross‑functional recovery plans with clear ownership
  • Act as a liaison between Production daily management and cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Quality) to remove barriers to execution
  • Communicate project milestone priorities and big‑picture objectives to project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across functions
  • Facilitate communication between customers and project teams regarding production status, risks, and recovery plans as required
  • Provide clear and concise status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on production progress, material readiness, risks, and mitigation actions
  • Maintain accurate execution metrics, including material readiness, schedule adherence, milestone tracking, and OTD performance
  • Perform regular Gemba engagement within manufacturing to maintain real‑time visibility into execution performance
  • Support continuous improvement of supply chain execution processes, tools, and operating rhythms for a growing and evolving product line
Required Qualifications
