Job Summary

You will lead maintenance operations, complete hands-on repairs, manage unit turns, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the community. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance leader with strong technical abilities and a commitment to service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations across the property
• Complete HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Manage make-ready schedules to ensure timely unit turns
• Conduct inspections and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Coordinate and oversee vendors as needed

Requirements

Required:

• Strong apartment maintenance background
• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• CPO certification
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools
• Previous lead or supervisory maintenance experience
• Familiarity with property management systems
