This is a full-time, on-site Custodian role based in Longmont, CO. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned university facilities. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, and common areas, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. The position also requires monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, handling minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with university and safety standards.

The Custodian will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• General cleaning skills, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Ability to sanitize restrooms and common areas to meet safety and hygiene standards
• Basic understanding of maintenance tasks, including handling cleaning equipment and supplies
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented dynamic
• Good communication skills and a commitment to providing quality service
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior custodial or maintenance experience is an advantage
