• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic vehicle maintenance
• Conduct multi-point inspections using pictures and videos to identify issues
• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools for various tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
• Communicate with Service Advisors about customer vehicles
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership

• Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude
