Our client, a leading organization in the technology services industry, is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician
, you will be part of the End User Services / Desktop Support Department supporting IT Operations and Corporate Users

Longmont, CO
Pay Range: $36 per hour
What’s the Job?- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware/software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide high‑quality customer support directly to end users.
- Install, configure, and repair Windows and Mac OS systems, ensuring secure and compliant environments.
- Manage and resolve Service Now tickets, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs.
- Support conference room technology including Teams, Zoom, projectors, audio systems, and telephony equipment.
- 5+ years of desktop support experience with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/Android mobile support, and Active Directory.
- Experience with system imaging, SCCM/MECM, Bomgar, and enterprise ticketing tools like Service Now.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, password security, and device encryption (Bit Locker).
- Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (A+, MCP, HDI) preferred.
